Welcome to Kawach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (the "Service"), available via https://www.kawach.ai/. By accessing or using the Service, the subscribing business entity ("Customer", "you", or "your") agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for business use. By registering, the Customer represents that they are a business entity and the person signing up has authority to bind the company. Employees or authorized users of the Customer may create accounts under the main subscription.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. All information about pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be either provided at the time of signup, or you will be notified at least 3 months in advance of any upcoming changes and consent taken.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Content and Data

• All content submitted by your users remains the property of your company.
• You grant us a limited license to use the data solely to provide and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to the Service complies with applicable laws and your internal policies.

Data Security and Privacy

We take security seriously. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use is at your own risk. Our handling of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or if required by law.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
